Energize your day with a tasty Chocolate Banana Protein Shake. Blend peanut or almond butter, frozen bananas, hemp seeds, protein powder, and a splash of oat milk for a creamy and nutritious shake. It’s a quick and indulgent breakfast that satisfies your sweet cravings while giving you a good protein boost.
Ingredients:

1 serving protein powder -> 24g
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter -> 8g
- 2 frozen bananas -> 1g
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder -> 4g
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds -> 6.6g
- 1/2 cup oat milk -> 1g
Instructions:
1. Combine all of your ingredients into the blender. For the best consistency, I recommend using frozen bananas!
