I started with FIT during the pandemic and was initially drawn to the smaller size of the facility (in addition to what I had heard were excellent personal trainers). It has been four years now, and I have to say that I continue to be impressed with the high level of training available and the flexibility that a small gym provides. I have worked individually with a few top notch trainers and I now attend group sessions where each client has an individualized plan. This format is great for me and where I am currently in my fitness journey. The other great aspect of FIT is the community of people there. This includes the trainers, staff, and other clients. It is a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere where people are focused, but also have fun. It's obvious that the staff members like each other and also like working there. I always look forward to my sessions!

FIT has EXCEEDED my expectations!! After a long break from any kind of working out, spending long hours at the office sitting and eating any food that was quick and easy, as opposed to healthy, I knew I needed a change and spent several weeks searching for a gym, program, or training that would get me results and keep me accountable long term.
