Compensation and Career Growth

Trainers at FIT are employees, not independent contractors, which provides stability and support. Compensation is structured to reward expertise, experience, and commitment.

Working as a full-time trainer in Silicon Valley requires balancing client demand with the realities of a split-shift schedule. While making a strong income as a trainer is possible, it depends on your ability to manage a full client load and sustain a long-term, consistent schedule. We are looking for professionals who see this as a career and are committed to growing within it.
