Shaun Conness

A University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate with a B.S. in Recreational Resources, Shaun brings a rare blend of academic foundation and highly specialized expertise to his training practice. Over the course of his career he has worked with an impressive roster of clients — from senior Olympic sprinters to PGA and LPGA golfers — helping them elevate performance, restore mobility, and recover from injury at the highest levels.

Shaun's deep command of biomechanics, flexibility, and strength conditioning makes him one of the most well-rounded coaches in the building. He has a particular mastery in golf performance, having earned multiple elite-level golf fitness credentials and completed the Back to Golf program in Carmel, CA. Whether he's fine-tuning a golfer's rotational power or building a foundational strength program from the ground up, Shaun creates highly targeted, results-driven programs that are built around the individual.

Throughout his career Shaun has coached in private studios, large gyms, and in-home training environments — and no matter the setting, his approach stays the same: disciplined, positive, and grounded in the belief that fitness should actually be fun.

When it comes to understanding how the human body moves, compensates, and performs, Shaun is the person in the room you want in your corner.
