About

Anthony Thomas

Growing up, baseball sparked Anthony's passion for fitness and showed him the lasting impact that great coaches can have on a person's confidence, performance, and overall well-being. Inspired by the mentors who shaped his own athletic journey, he pursued a career dedicated to helping others become stronger, move better, and build confidence through fitness.

Anthony earned his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Chico, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His experience spans a variety of training disciplines, including CrossFit, powerlifting, and Olympic weightlifting, giving him a well-rounded understanding of strength development and athletic performance. He has a particular passion for biomechanics and corrective exercise, helping clients improve movement quality, reduce pain, and build a strong foundation for long-term success.

Anthony believes that every person deserves a training program tailored to their individual goals, abilities, and lifestyle. Whether someone is new to exercise, returning after an injury, or looking to improve performance, he meets clients where they are and guides them with education, encouragement, and evidence-based coaching. His mission is to help people develop a lasting appreciation for fitness so they can live healthier, stronger, and more confident lives.
