Morgan is a California native who has dedicated her life to the science of human movement and elite human performance. Her passion for athletics led her to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Auburn University, followed by a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from PennWest University. Armed with a rigorous academic foundation and her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) credential, she built a standout career in collegiate strength and conditioning spanning more than a decade.
Most recently, Morgan served as the Assistant Director of Sports Performance at Stanford University, where she designed performance and injury-modification programming for the Women’s Soccer and Women’s Water polo teams (which includes National Champions, Olympians, and professional athletes). Her impact on the field earned her a prestigious nomination for National Assistant Strength Coach of the Year in 2025.
Transitioning from the team environment to private practice, Morgan is eager to bring this world-class methodology to the individual level. She takes a deeply holistic approach to coaching, integrating advanced movement strategy, injury risk reduction, and total-body wellness to help her clients live fitter, stronger, and entirely pain-free lives.
