As someone that use to dread strength training, working with Jon has turned my workouts into something I look forward to. Jon keeps me accountable, and makes the workouts fun. As I trained for my marathons I had a running related injury that I was navigating. Jon helped me find strategies to heal and strengthen those muscles and tendons. As a runner I strive to have more balance across muscle groups, and that has been a major benefit of working out at FiT!
