Double unders
Burpees

No rest between DU and Burpees
Do 20 work :10 rest 8 sets of DU then go straight into Burpees for 8 sets.
Score Your Lower number of Double unders in any set.
Then score your lowest number of burpees in any set.
Score will be Double under score + burpees score
