     Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
     Overhead Squat
     Sit-up
     Back extension
     Pull up
     Push up
Strength
Back Squat (5 x 5)
Metcon – For Time
40 Wall Ball
20 Toes to Bar
30 Wall Ball
15 Toes to Bar
20 Wall Ball
10 Toes to Bar
10 Wall Ball
5 Toes to Bar
