Crossfit Warm Up
10 Reps each:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat
Sit-up
Back-extension
Pull up
Push up
Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
“Wait-A-Minute Partner FGB”
FGB Exercises
One partner goes while the other rests during the 1 minute interval, then switch!
Pair up according to similar weights used
2 minute break between each round
