Burpees on the Minute (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Burpees on the Minute
3,2,1, go
1 Burpee the first Min
2 Burpee the second Min
3 Burpees the third…..
Continue increasing every minute until you are no longer able to complete the correct number of burpees in one Minute.

Ex: 15 rounds + 10 burpees
