     Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
     Overhead Squat
     Sit-up
     Back extension
     Pull up
     Push up
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Partnered 3 rounds:
3 minutes DB Power Snatch (45/30 lbs)
3 minutes Burpees
3 minutes Box Jumps (24/20″)
3 minutes PUll-ups
