– Back Extensions
– Sit ups

Tabata “Fight Gone Bad” (AMRAP Reps)
20:10 x 8 sets of the following exercises
Wall Ball
SDLHP
Box Jumps
Push Press
Row (Cal)
You must do all sets at each exercise before moving on to next exercise.
