FiT Kids (ages 8 & up)
The functional movements in the classes involve exercises fundamental to all things kids need to do when they play, pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. Movements are taught safely under the close supervision of trained Fit Kids trainers and are appropriate for participants at any level.
FiT Teens Sports Conditioning (ages 13-17)
Mondays & Wednesdays: 4-4:50 pm
Focused on learning and improving in movements that are foundational to sports, this group class will aid your teen in perfecting form, preventing injury and building strength to perform at their best.
Cost: $35/class or $200 for 10 class pass (2 month expiration)
