You’ve been working hard to prioritize your health and wellbeing in recent months. As spring turns to summer, it is normal, even healthy, to allow your focus to shift a little – possibly prioritizing family time, travel or other endeavors. We are excited to host a Summer Challenge Series aimed at helping you keep your health and wellness objectives in mind while they may not hold top billing on your priority list. This series will feature three 4-week challenges to help keep you on track! We will choose the focus for the 4 weeks, you will set your own goal and together we will hold each other accountable to staying FiT this summer.

Challenge Breakdown: 

Veggie Challenge (Starts June 5th)

Walking Challenge (Starts July 3rd)

Stay active and enjoy the great outdoors with our invigorating Walking Challenge! Lace up your shoes, explore your surroundings, and track your steps through our app. Walking not only promotes physical fitness but also offers a refreshing way to clear your mind and connect with nature during the summer months.

Breathing Challenge (Starts July 31st)

In the final leg of our series, we dive into the calming and rejuvenating realm of the Summer Breathing Challenge. Discover various breathing techniques, learn to manage stress, and cultivate inner peace. Our app will assist you in tracking your progress, offering helpful reminders, and guiding you toward a healthier mindset.
