Zach is a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association. He received his B.A. in Business Marketing from California State University, Fullerton in 2017, and returned to the Bay Area to pursue his goal of playing professional golf on the PGA Tour. After 15 years of golf experience, several summers assisting at Shoreline Golf Links, and continuing his own development, he is now closer than ever to achieving his goal. Along the way, he has honed in on the key aspects of physical fitness that improve his game; mobility, flexibility, and technique for proper movement.
In addition to being passionate about golf, Zach is a firm believer that exercising can be a catalyst for positive change in anyone’s life. Doing one thing that you’re proud of every day, whether it’s hitting the gym or taking the stairs instead of the elevator, will empower you to move towards the change you’re looking for. He strives to share his love of fitness with every client and hopes to instill the same joy in movement with everyone he trains. When he isn’t exercising or at the golf course, Zach can be found riding his motorcycle, traveling the country for tournaments, and enjoying time with his family.
