Maggie Juarez

Athletics and strength and conditioning have played a big role in Maggie’s life from a young age. While rehabbing from an injury that ended her career as an elite gymnast, Maggie came to appreciate the value of her strength and conditioning as it enabled her to progress more quickly than any one expected. Nowadays, Maggie enjoys running both long distances sprints. She has also been know to train for and compete in fitness competitions.

Working through injuries of her own, she gained an appreciation of the challenges others face with both acute and chronic injuries leading her to dedicate her career to helping those clients return to their optimal health and physical condition. Maggie is from Toronto, Ontario where she earned her Bachelor Honors in Kinesiology from Brock University and went on to complete her Advanced Athletic Therapy Certificate from Mount Royal University. After working fours years at Edge School for Athletics in Calgary, Alberta as their Athletic Therapist and Strength Coach Maggie successfully challenged the American Exam and started her venture to move to California. Since relocating to the Bay Area, Maggie has served as an Athletic Trainer and Assistant Strength Coach at Palo Alto High School and an Athletic Trainer and Assistant Strength Coach for Menlo Atherton High School.
