Josh has had a strong passion for fitness since a young age. While playing football growing up in Michigan he realized that with proper training and dieting he could gain an edge on his opponents and compete at a higher level. This desire to use fitness as a gateway allowed him to play NCAA Div. III football at Manchester College (North Manchester, IN) and earn a degree in Exercise Science.

After graduating Josh worked as a trainer and team leader at a health and sports performance club in West Michigan. During his time there he worked with an extremely wide array of clientele, often times in the same day. Josh has helped his clients reach goals such as weight loss, increased strength, improve mobility, earn scholarships, win state titles and even qualify for the Olympic trials.

Josh has a strong background with strength and conditioning and sprinting mechanics to improve athletic performance. He enjoys working with athletes of all ages but his motivation comes from helping anyone reach a goal in the gym and in life. Josh thrives on any form of competition and performs his best under pressure. Outside of personal training Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends, snowboarding, and watching football (He is a diehard Detroit Lions fan). Josh promises to never stop learning and always be on the leading edge of the fitness industry to enhance the lives of individuals around him!
