Focused Individual Trainers Menu


CrossFit Los Altos offers group exercise classes throughout the week utilizing the CrossFit methodology. Fundamentals classes help individuals who are new to CrossFit Los Altos learn the movements and develop the baseline fitness needed to join group classes. Individual training sessions are offered in addition for those wanting additional work on any specific movements or areas.

CrossFit is a program designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. It is a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains – endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.  (courtesty of CrossFit, Inc)
