Functional Fitness Groups

FiT offers group exercise classes throughout the week utilizing functional fitness methodology. Fundamentals classes help individuals who are new to FiT learn the movements and develop the baseline fitness needed to join group classes. Individual training sessions are offered in addition for those wanting additional work on any specific movements or areas.

Functional Fitness is a program designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. It is a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains – endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Functional Fitness is for individuals of ALL LEVELS who are seeking results, and are willing to work hard, learn new movements, perfect skills, and want to have fun with a group of people all committed to the same pursuit of elite fitness.

*Clients may reserve a spot in their desired class up to one week in advance to ensure a space in that class. A no show fee will be assessed for any reservation that is not cancelled 24 hours in advance of schedule class time.
