Drawing on wisdom gained from his time spent with the Tarahumara people – made famous by recent bestseller, Born to Run, Wes will share ideas on how to:

Stomping Grounds of the Tarahumara Indigenous People

  • overcome self imposed limitations
  • get the most out of your training
  • run barefoot
