Phil graduated from San Jose State University in 2009 with a degree in Kinesiology and has been on an journey to becoming the best fitness professional and coach he can be ever since.
His road has led Phil to work alongside coaches in the NFL, NCAA and Olympic hopefuls. He believes that regardless of fitness level or athletic ability, everyone can improve, move better, get stronger, become faster
