Bryant graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Physiology. While in school he competed as a member of the University of Iowa Powerlifting Team. During His senior year of school, Bryant interned for a local high school, leading the offseason workouts for the boy’s basketball team. Since moving to the Bay Area he has served as an assistant sports performance coach for Menlo College and as a personal trainer for club gyms.
Bryant first got in to training because he saw how much he learned and improved as a powerlifter from being trained by others. Now he loves to help people reach their goals whether its losing weight, improving performance, or reducing pain. He still competes in powerlifting meets and enjoys both playing and watching sports and woodworking in his spare time.
